Customer Service Representative / Virtual Assistant
π οΈ Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats, or emails
- Manage calendars, appointments, and task coordination for executives
- Support claim processing, policy assistance, or data entry (industry-specific)
- Assist with research, CRM updates, reporting, and outreach
- Provide technical support or troubleshooting for clients using digital platforms
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to company policies
π Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication skills (English fluency mandatory)
- 1β2 years of experience in customer support, virtual assistance, or related roles
- Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, CRM platforms
- Familiarity with AI tools, chatbots, or automation tools is a plus
- Problem-solving mindset and multitasking ability
- High-speed internet and personal computer (for remote roles)

- Experience in BPO, insurance, healthcare, or tech industries
- Multilingual capabilities (Spanish/French/others)
